Visitor allowances reset on the first of each month (UTC). Domain and team limits only apply when you add a new one: nothing you already have is removed when you change plans.
A visitor is one browsing session on a site where your ChilliPopup pixel is installed. We count the session once, whether the person reads one page or twenty, and whether or not a popup ever appears to them. Someone who comes back next week in a new session counts again. It is the same figure your dashboard Overview shows, so your allowance is never measured against a number you cannot see, and it starts from zero on the first of every month.
Free is a permanent plan, not a countdown. You run real campaigns on your real site for $0, and you move up only when your traffic, your sites or your team outgrow the allowances.

When 1,000 visitors, one domain or one seat stops being enough, Pro at $29 a month gives you 50,000 visitors, 5 domains, 3 team members and 50 AI generations a day, and Business at $79 a month gives you 250,000 visitors with unlimited domains and team members and 200 a day. Both start with a 14-day free trial, and staying on Free is always an option.
One thing does not change with the price: the small “Powered by ChilliPopup” badge shows on every widget, on Free and on the paid plans alike.
